Shipping and Returns


If you receive a stock item that you are not satisfied with you may return the item and select an alternate item as a replacement. If you receive an item that is the wrong size of has a manufacture's defect you may return the item for an exchange of the same time.

• Wearables may be returned only if they are in new condition (unwashed and unworn)
• Shipping and Handling fees cannot be refunded unless we made the error
• Any other issues, including lost orders, must be reported within 30 days from placing the order (unless item was a Pre-Order) to insure quality service. We are not responsible for lost orders that are not reported within the 30 day time period.

Custom-made, Team wear (AKA Pre-order items) Return Policy: 

Rugby Athletic makes every effort to produce your order to your specifications. Once garments/products are imprinted or embellished, these specially-manufactured goods have no value to us nor to other customers; therefore no returns/refunds of properly-imprinted goods are accepted. If the product is found to be defective in some way, please consult your salesperson; refunds or discounts will be dealt with on a situational basis. 

If there is a problem with your order or you need to exchange if for a different size, print the Merchandise Return Policy form, complete the information and return it (with the merchandise) to:


Be sure to include complete instructions in your returned package so we will know exactly what you want us to do. If a credit is due, an email will be sent to the address you provided with the amount you are credited back.


Once the package leaves RA, we are not responsible for lost goods due to address provided or if the person ordering goods is no longer at the original ordering address.

Claims must be filed direct with USPS, UPS or FedEx.  While we take every precaution when shipping goods, we cannot be responsible for 3rd parties delivering or receiving packages.
